Gleenda

Gleenda went into labor and left her 6 year old to find her partner to help her to the hospital. She ended up arrested, shackled to her hospital bed while giving birth, charged with endangering the welfare of her child, and the Administration of Children's Services (ACS) took her children away from her.

"Now I have to think about what's going to come for them. Maybe one day they're going to take me away from them. Maybe one day they're going to keep me away from them."
